- Murdock Macleod, 42nd Foot, 1777
Macleod is being tried for stealing girl's underwear from a home in 1774. Captain Hammerton of the 55th assisted in the arrest and is a principal witness.
- Ensign Richard Power, 55th Foot, 1777
Power is being tried for killing Captain James T. Trevor in a duel.
- Private Samuel Smith, June 1777
Smith is being tried for desertion.
- Private Benjamin Williams, May 1778
Williams is being tried for stealing a watch from a serjeant of the 42nd Regiment.
- Private John Harris, August 1778
Harris was captured at the battle of Princeton and later exchanged back to his regiment. He is being tried for desertion and taking up arms with the enemy.
- Private John Monk, August 1778
Monk is being tried for stealing a quantity of broadcloth and blankets.Courts Martial from Other Regiments.
