The NWTA typically sponsors 8-10 events per year at various sites around the Midwest -- mostly in the Chicago and northern Indiana areas. Once you are a full member you are welcome to represent the 55th at any or all of these events, but the 55th usually polls its members to see which of these we will attend as a group and which will be "maximum effort" events.

In addition, the 55th tries to do at least one "long haul" eastern event each year, and we have also done a winter event at Michilimackinac every January since 1995.
